How to create Zip file

Zip is a format of any file which is used to compress file and save space of your hard disk and you can also use this software to send any file by mail any other person. Zip file will reduce time of upload and download of file from internet.  You can also unzip any file if it is in Zip format, you just need to right click on file and then click on extract.
There are more than one ways to create a zip file you can either create a zip file by using windows on program or by using any other software like winrar or winzip.  Below are the steps written which will let you know how to create and zip file-
THIS WAYS ARE FOR WINDOWS 7 AND 8 ONLY..
First way-
open location of file which you want to compress or create a zip file.
right click on file which you want to create a zip and then click on "send to" and in send click on " Compressed (Zipped) folder"
by clicking this you zip file is started in progress and in a minute you file is converted into zip file.

Second way- This way can be performed it you have installed winrar software.
First create a compressed folder by right click > and then go to new > and click on WinRar archiver
now put file in this compressed folder which you wants compress.
