It is very easy and simple to see downloads by Google Chrome. In almost three steps you can see your ongoing Download or and paused download in Google Chrome. You can also manage Downloads in Google Chrome in its download manager.
To Open Download manager follow this Steps-
Go-to Google Chrome,
Open Menu which is in upper right corner,
now click on Downloads which is shown in menu,
Your Downloads are now open,
There is also a Hot key to open this which is " CTRL+J "
You can either open then or delete them, pause them or resume them it is up-to you now what you do with your downloads. Download manager provides you this options like pause, play or open, delete, restart, stop.
You can also see speed of your downloading file in this download manager.
